One day Percy overhears some men talking about Sir Topham Hatt going away. He hurries to tell Thomas and soon all the engines are talking about Sir Topham Hatt leaving Sodor.

The Search and Rescue Center is celebrating its 1000th rescue. Percy is asked to take the Mayor there to meet a photographer from the local newspaper but Diesel has other ideas.
